adequate stay, some issues noticed
small roomnespresso capsules
my stay had some hiccups. the room felt smaller than expected, a slight disappointment considering the price i paid (i thought it was overpriced). also, the nespresso capsules were not replaced daily, inconvenient. it is a minor detail, but these little things add up and detract from the overall experience. (still, location can save everything)

The staff was very helpful. i had a box item. Staff took initiative to help me attach a handle for ease of hand-carry. the location is perfect, just steps off a lively square but neatly hidden away from all the chaos!!!
i experienced an issue. there were three nespresso capsules in the room, and they were never replaced. also, there were no glasses, pens, or paper in the room.

I had a breakfast credit. It provided a really good breakfast. i recommend the scrambled eggs and bacon!!! lots of staff were around to help and answer questions.

the rooms were modern.
I had issues with the room service. It was slow and unresponsive. i placed an order that never arrived, and attempts to contact them went unanswered. it created unnecessary frustration .
